AUJ Lawn Collection

AUJ is a high end, luxury wear unstitched brand produced in selected quantities. In classic Persian and Urdu literature, AUJ is the place where the mountains meet the stars. It is a place of mystical beauty and serenity. Our role was to plan & execute the first Lawn collection. The services included the entire photo shoot & social media plan.

House of Suti

Responsible for planning, organizing and achieving the organization’s business development activities and strategies that promote the growth of the organization by attracting new business relationships in the local market for ( Textile )cotton fabric for men, lawn, Apparel( his & her’s) and home textile. The photo shoot and social media plan was part of the project.

Shanghai Online and Balibaba.pk

Our role has been to assist them with placement in the e-commerce market, primarily in Pakistan. Responsibility include for ensuring the staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the on-line store, recruiting, supervising and appraising staff and managing budgets. Furthermore, to manage the team of web and software developers who contribute to the look and the system of the website. Furthermore, we were also responsible in launching their lawn collection.

Bonanza Garments

Primarily our objective at Bonanza was to do the image building. The market share of Bonanza was limited to a certain class and this was to change. After doing a due diligence a proper strategic plan was implemented and during the period of late 2010 and 2012 it was completely a different story for Bonanza. We were also instrumental in doing three successful lawn launches nationwide.
